THIS MONTH'S BENEFICIARY!

McGraw Park!

McGraw Memorial Park is a 20-acre parcel in Bailey, Colorado owned by the Park County Historical Society (PCHS). The property extends on both sides of the North Fork of the South Platte River and has extensive river frontage. Eighteen acres on the southwest side of the river feature the Morrow Mountain trail system while two acres on the north side of the river provide a permanent location for a number of Park County historic buildings. The land was donated in 1969 by Helen McGraw-Tatum for the purpose of providing an area for Park County to showcase historic buildings and to provide a hiking and picnic area that maintains the natural beauty of Park County. Amenities include public restrooms, hiking trails, picnic areas, a kayak/raft launch, and a fishing area.
