A Colorado native, Charlotte pursued her career in nursing. Graduating from DePauw University and later the University of Colorado, Charlotte's military and public service stationed her across the United States, from Virginia to New York and back to Colorado. She returned to Bailey and began her focus on volunteering, devoting her time for the better part of a decade before becoming a founding member of the Boutique in 2016.

Trish Cox a native New Yorker made the move to Bailey in 2021 with her husband and quickly wanted to make a difference in her community. She found a love for helping others and is now a part of the board the boutique. She loves fitness, hikes and all the Colorado activites. 

A Wisconsin native, Dorry has lived in Bailey, CO for almost three years now. She and her husband Gary moved from Door County, Wisconsin to Bailey to be closer to her two daughters. Dorry has lived in eight states and moved eleven times. Her professional career includes program management and grant writing. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and community involvement.

Though she was born in North Carolina, June grew up in Indiana with her seven brothers and sisters. Following the completion of her training as a nurse she lived and worked in Chicago, raising two daughters. Meanwhile, she volunteered to relieve poverty in one of Chicago's settlement houses. She later moved to Ouray county, Colorado, and ran a clinic for more than a decade --- the majority of which she was also acting as staff on the Ouray Mountain Rescue team. Now post-retirement, June enjoys painting, dressage competition, and is a founding member of Boutique.

Tanya graduated from the University of Illinois, majoring in Hospitality. She then worked in management positions for hotels and restaurants across the US. Her interests led her to marketing, floral design, and education at the Community Colleges of Denver and Aurora. Her experience in volunteering for numerous non-profits and professional expertise has brought warmth and flair to the Boutique since her arrival to Bailey in 2021.

Originally from Denmark, Pia earned a degree in Language Studies. Then, after marrying into the USAF she departed for the US. She lived across the US and Europe, finished a Nursing degree, and retired to Colorado after a fruitful career in the healthcare industry. Currently acting as the Boutique's Volunteer Coordinator, Pia's motto is, "Make a difference where you are."
